"The yurt was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning stove almost every night, played lots of puzzles and games, and enjoyed sightseeing in the area. We would have enjoyed getting to know the sheep and chickens a little (we were visited regularly by two handsome black kitties), but alas we couldn't find a time. Next time!"

"Great spot to relax and unwind. There is no TV or microwave but the wood stove was an amazing bonus; so relaxing to have a live fire in December. All other ammenities were available (pots/pans/silverware, etc.) We took a laptop and the Internet was SOLID as we streamed movies from the kitchen table. No interruptions whatsoever. The couch and bed were so comfy. We met our host; she was so friendly. Would do this again. Highly recommend. "

"Pet friendly weekend get away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This cottage was perfect. It was close to restauraunts, wineries, and breweries. Some hiking trails within 30 minutes that our dog loved as well. Such as the Finger Lakes National Forest. It had all items for cooking a meal at home too. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"If you like old houses, this one is beautiful. 220 years of the same family, and many of the furniture pieces are original to the house. The beds are all new and very comfortable. We walked to Glenora Winery, Tin Barn brewing, O'Begley's Distillery, and Fulkerson Winery and did tastings at all. The scenery is beautiful, and be sure to take a walk through the vineyards and up the hill for even more expansive views!! "

"Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the first waterfall which leads to a creek that runs along the backyard. The next one is on the way to the main drag. Saw 5 , one from our boat ride on Seneca lake and again on our ride around the lake which is worth it. There is a beautiful park area at the top with nice walking path. Very peaceful. Due to our health we were unable to do Watkins Glen State Park but did watch a video so we could feel like we saw it. Great area for a long weekend....

"The entire family was very happy with our accommodations, location and beauty. We played games, walked outside, took photos and spent 2 different days at 2 different Falls and Gorges enjoying the local nature highlights. As bird loves we went to Ithaca to Cornell's Bird Research Lab as well as visiting the fall and eating in the downtown area. A lovely time and a great place for multi generational joy!!!"
