We travelled all around the US & Europe and so far this hotel is the best amongst the rest. All the staff are friendly & respectful! We always feel special and welcome. It’s really a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The staff that stand out most especially are JM ( I lost my phone and still got it back because of JM from concierge and also with the help of Rowela, Jude, Marion & Macky. I would like to commend the dining team as well. I met chef Mac who is very accommodating and friendly. The rest of the team are very sensitive to our needs. The food is really good and so much more delicious than the usual. Thank you so much and looking forward to coming back again with the nustar six star hotel in the future.

An excellent 5 Star Hotel that far exceeded my expectations. Clean, elegant, spacious with option galore on shopping high end products. Casino is an excellent night time entertainment and restaurant choices to cater everyone’s palate. It’s pricey, but worth every penny for Cebu destination.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional cleanliness and impressive range of amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request made me feel truly welcome. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options – easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
