"I stayed twice at the Ramos Tower City Suites on my recent holiday and had stayed there in previous years as well. This time around there were a few issues with the rooms I had, problems with Air Con, a door that wouldn't lock,a toilet that broke,a jammed window blind and wi fi that only worked sporadically.
