"I previously stayed at the Waterfront Cebu Hotel and Casino in 2017 and was able to consider how much had changed in that period. The lobby and reception areas are just as impressive as before and the staff always welcoming, polite and accommodating. The facilities for dining remain as excellent as I remember.
