Stayed for three nights in December 2024. Saw two strands of hair upon check in. Didn’t make a big deal of it. Asked the front desk to clean our room on the 2nd night. It wasn’t clean after we got back around 7:30 pm.

Jane at the front desk has been really nice and kind. I thought I lost my wallet at the hotel room. She asked the housekeepers and manager to look through the room. Though I found the wallet in my car, Jane and her colleagues have been really nice and helpful. A big thank you to all of them.

Was charged premium rates because of a competition but they were mostly on my floor. Chaperones weren’t monitoring and the doors slammed until 1 am. Water was all over the floors because of swimmers.
