The staff was nice but the rooms floor was absolutely filthy! We had to wear shoes anytime we were out of our beds. They tried to make the place look nice but couldn’t get over the fact of the dirty floors and wondering what else was that filthy!!

I understand you get what you pay for, but not only was the location a little sketchy but the staff was incredibly rude. Rude over the phone when asking questions about an early check-in a week before, and rude in person when we showed up for our APPROVED early check in. We would’ve probably stayed here even with the issue we faced when we showed up but the staff’s attitude killed it for us. We left and got a different hotel.

We stayed in a remodeled room. Beds and linen had not been updated. Location was out by itself with no restaurants near. New TV was not programmed. but great TV. Ice machine was out of order.

I didn’t stay at this hotel. They still charged me because of the 24 hour cancellation policy, but when I saw the condition of the hotel and the surrounding properties I would never stay there with my kids. The on-line pictures are incredibly misleading. Don’t book here.

The Room was dirty. The floor looked as if it wasn’t swept or mopped. The toilet seat was about to fall off. Room has a hot tub in it that had hair and dirt in it. When plugging in phone charger behind nightstand discovered chips on the floor that were covered in dirt. Plus upon check in the lady at the front said I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit due to paying on line. If this room was refundable I would’ve went somewhere else.

Electrical plus we’re worn out. Light switch in bathroom would not stay on. Could be a shock hazard or fire hazard. No extra toilet paper roll and tissue in the holder. Could see to the out side around the door. Poor lighting in parking lot.

It was okay the person who checked us in was very nice. When leaving in the mirning we left behind a bag of souvenirs for pur daughter and when we called about it nobody clamed to have seen it even tho we told them right where it was so that was a little sad that it wasnt turned in. The hotel was outdated and our light didnt qant to stay on but for a one night trip it was okay.

Me and my fiancee stayed here and when we went to clean up some water that got spilled the wash cloth came back black. We were bare foot in the room. The check in process was very long too. While trying to get checked in the front desk didnt seem very confident in what he was doing with my card either. Other then that the room was nice and the bed was clean and comfortable, however we dont think we will stay here again.

Online it says they have an indoor pool and serve breakfast but neither are true. That should be undated. Apart from that is a good place to stay for the price. Clean and close to the freeway. Good place if you plan on not spending a lot of time in the room.
