"Arrived at property unable to access unit. Code didn't work Owner came to property to open unit. Due to cold weather, struggled to get door open. Once opened we discovered a few inches of water throughout the unit. It was flooded due to pipe burst. As of today, still no refund and have received no response from owner. I have used VRBO and never had an issue. We felt bad for the owners when we saw the flooded unit but were promised a refund immediately. As of today 12/27 no response from owner...

"On arriving door code didn't work. Owner quick to give a new code. Neighborhood was quiet. A bedroom had trash and unvaccumed edges. No trash bags to take out trash. Wi-fi/internet connection didn't work. Towels stank. One bed didn't have a top sheet and was very uneven and uncomfortable. Well stocked kitchen but many items were not clean. Three of the 4 burners didn't work and the 3rd had so much oil on it was afraid to use it. Quaint house and bedroom layout was great. Needed one room with 2...

"We didn’t get to stay here. There was a storm prior and had no power at the time of the house being posted “available”. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with, transparent with the issue. Was appreciated! VRBO needs to ensure there is awareness of weather conditions and communication with owner if there isn’t already. Owner as could have also communicated with someone or make unavailable. Service overall was good, fast with return. Thank you."
