The faucet in our King suite for the shower is very loose/ wiggly slightly detached from the wall when I tried to cut off the shower. I was nervous to push down to cut off the shower. I had to use some force, because I needed the bath water. The room size was comfortable as well as the couch. The bed was cozy. The check in agent was courtesy and friendly she explained...

"We didn’t get to stay here. There was a storm prior and had no power at the time of the house being posted “available”. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with, transparent with the issue. Was appreciated! VRBO needs to ensure there is awareness of weather conditions and communication with owner if there isn’t already. Owner as could have also communicated with someone or make unavailable. Service overall was good, fast with return. Thank you."
