"It is tough not to give this rustic hotel 5 stars all around, but it is aged. The condition for age was good and the property very clean. The heating units are extremely loud and located above bed. I am from Southern AZ, and not used to the cold, I found myself in need of extra blankets in the middle of the night. Ask ahead. "Everything was great except the room was super noisy both nights when we stayed there. For some reason the pool was ice cold i saw atleast 20 people come down and leave because of the cold water terrible. 12 people were packed in the small hot tub. Its 28 degrees what else are people going to do besides hot tub and pool time with there kids. Management should address that.Everything else was nice and pleasant. "
