From what we were told, only the locals knew about this cute little place. It had everything that we needed, we will be back again!

Rustic cabin on Lake Huron. Less expensive than lots of other nearby places. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Hot water is iffy, hook and eye locks only. 2 bedroom cabin with small kitchen and bathroom just feet from the lake.

Beautiful area and the cabin was great. We stayed in cabin 11, and didn’t find anything anyone complained about to be true, except that the beach is across the street (like 15 feet) and behind the other cabins.
This was no problem, as we were told we’d share beach access with cabin 8. You can still look out and see the beach, and go to local sightseeing spots.
The cabin itself was lovely, I enjoyed the warmth from the gas fire/heater and the cozy, intimate space provided an ideal backdrop against which to explore the inner and outer realms in the UP.
We had problems with WiFi but the host def did their best to help us out (we ended up driving to the main cabin to use it) but this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.
Nearby, Angelo’s? Something like that, little italian place in a Cedarville has amazing food, like homemade biscuits and gravy and freshly baked bread.

Fantastic vacation spot. This property includes use of kayaks paddle boards, small sail boats and a beach with tether ball and beach toys. Great management that was accommodating and friendly!
Great family Or couple vacation spot! We’re planning on coming back.

Old rustic cottage, that had everything we needed. The bathroom was alittle musty. But I seen they were updating the other units and this one was probably next to update. The view was perfect! Would plan another trip back! Even the firewood was free for campfire.

This is more of a cabin camping experience. If you plan to use it as just a place to sleep it’s fine. Updating is needed. Having to bring your own towels is hard when packing for travel, especially if traveling with a family of 5 and staying a week.

Nice little cabin on the waters edge. Cabin is old but has been updated inside. Very comfortable.

This is a rustic northern beach resort with a lot of advantages. It’s close to wonderful hiking and birding trails, and great fishing. The owners have provided canoes, kayaks and paddle boards, and there’s a free laundry. The only disappointment was that the WiFi was essentially nonexistent—the signal was too weak to connect.

We arrived, looked at the room and then went home.
The cabin/room was misrepresented. It was literally a shed with cool windows - hole in the ceiling, no window coverings, no flooring, no interior walls/drywall, dirty bedding and garbage left in room, no exterior lock. It was explained to us that it was meant to be overflow for kids when their cabins are full. Picture on-line is of one of the cabins. Communal restroom for the overflow room had inches of murky water. No refund.
I'm sure the cabins are much nicer.

The cabins looked nice from the outside. Families appeared to enjoy.
