Tournament Stay
We had a local volleyball tournament to attend from Wednesday through Saturday. I had 10 players and 2 coaches staying at the house together. It was perfect with lots of space and room to hang out in between matches. The kitchen was great and very well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. We had all of our meals at the house and enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with plenty of space for our large group!
This was a great find for our weekend with 3 families. There is PLENTY of space both inside and out so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. The kitchen was well-stocked for making a few meals and we also took advantage of the grill one afternoon. The pool was up and running and very clean. The kids had a blast playing and it was a great way to cool down and get their energy out :) The place was clean and there were tons of towels stacked in a hall closet. Also note - there are 3 full baths (not 2) - a very pleasant surprise. As other reviews mentioned, there is also a washer/dryer, which came in handy. I will echo another review that we couldn't get the dishwasher working, but it seems like it was run by the cleaners prior, so it may have been user error. We just kept up on the few dishes we used and survived. Overall this place provided the space and comfort we needed and I'd definitely stay again.

Property manager was terrible! No water no electricity and would not refund me.
I booked this house for a weekend for my family for an out of town wedding and there was no water and no electricity when we arrived. I knew this would not be good as the property manager was horrible at communication prior to our check in and was very delayed in getting back to me. In advance of our stay, and before my refund date, I asked if I could shorten my stay from 3 nights to 2 nights. It took him 4 days to get back to me. He said he would refund me 1 night but ended up charging me a higher price for the first 2 nights so there was 0 refund. I basically had to check out earlier for the same price. When we arrived at the house for our 4pm check in there was no power and no water. I texted and called him repeatedly for over an hour. We were running late for the wedding rehearsal by this time and needed to shower. I had to book 4 hotel rooms to accommodate my family. He called me after about 90 minutes and said he would try getting the power company to come out to the house. I told him I had to book several hotel rooms and would like a refund. He said he'd think about that later. I never heard back from him. I sent numerous texts through the VRBO app and called several times. No response. I called VRBO and they were trying to get a refund but no response for weeks. Finally a full month later I reached out to my credit card company and they refunded my money. This was a horrible experience. Do not book with this property manager.

Good Location and Space, Mediocre Maintenance
This house has several bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, which is great for a large group. It is secluded in a really nice, lush green, wooded area. Some parts of the house are updated really nicely; others are outdated and in need of repair (e.g. holes in walls, cloudy full length mirror.) There is a washer and dryer not mentioned in the listing. Closet in master bedroom was locked and another bedroom's closet had a dresser taking up all the space, so we had to use the closet rod in another bedroom for our hanging clothes. It was decently clean, but not what I would call sparkling clean or above and beyond (tons of dead bugs in the light fixture shades, note from cleaning staff said the towels were still in the dryer when we arrived, only 2 dishwasher tabs there for our 5-day stay, no artwork on the walls; there were ants and stink bugs in the house--it is in the woods after all, but once my husband removed the 10-20 stink bugs, we didn't see any more of them.) Coffee machine kept stopping partway through--might have been clogged. First floor bed had noisy cover. Pool was not in service. Owner had us check/shut off water filling the pool, and take the trash bin down the very long driveway to the curb for trash day. These aren't necessarily dealbreakers that would keep my from staying here again if I were in the area with a large group, but for what we paid for cleaning and other fees, I would expect a little more attention to detail.

Our Agility Group
The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit.

Family time
The house was plenty big enough. Was disappointed we couldn’t use the swimming pool. I even email about the pool being open. It was hot and would have been nice to use. Shouldn’t advertise a pool if you can’t use it. Lots of spider webs everywhere and ants in the kitchen, they were getting in the food. The place is very nice, just needs to be better maintained Inside and out.

House was close to where we were visiting relatives. Plenty of space, secluded and quiet. Wasn’t really near any type of shopping area. No place close by to eat. Didn’t have cell service (Verizon) so couldn’t call anyone from the house. Great place if you just want peace and quiet. Had plenty of all the amenities, linen, dishes. Overall good experience.

Perfect getaway house with a stunning scenery!
We chose this property due to the beautiful scenery surrounding it as we used the space for a small wedding reception with our closest family. The house is very open, with multiple cozy living rooms, the bedrooms were large with comfy beds, and the sun room was a great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in. Every was fully stocked and equipped with anything we might have needed. We were able to capture some of the most breathtaking pictures outside. We will absolutely be back in the summer so we can enjoy the pool then and we will always remember how special this property was to us. Thank you again!
