It’s an old villa-style resort with outdated buildings and rooms. The breakfast is just okay, but the ocean and beach are beautiful. However, it’s not worth it for families with more than two people, as they charge 1,400 MXN per additional guest per day—even if you don’t need breakfast.

We had a great time at the Temptation. The food was amazing and so much better than expected. The party scene was super fun and with the quiet pool option to relax when it was too much it was great. People are really friendly and you just relax into this sexy vibe that you wouldn’t otherwise in your normal life. My only suggestion not really a complaint would be to the hotel to change the lobby area. It feels like an airport cold and uncomfortable. Spend a little money to update it similar to other resorts where people like to meet up before dinner and have some drinks at the lobby bar. This is not comfortable currently. Rooms were great and housekeeping was on point. Nothing but great things to say about the trip and we would go back anytime!

Place was nice and low key. It has activities to do throughout the day. Just make sure to scan the QR code and check it out. There are a good variety of food option but I got sick of it after day 3 of 6 days there. Coffee shop does offer good coffee. The mocha frappe with extra shot or 2 of expresso did it for me. The heated pretzel was a good snack to take to the pool too. The staff are overall nice and friendly. The even crew aren’t as nice and friendly like the ones during the day.
There was always a spot by the pool and the beach. We did wake up @7ish to save a spot if you wanted one close to the pool or a covered area at the beach. Keep in mind the spot at the beach further to the right on the beach, you will not have WiFi reach there.
Room service is always quick and attentive.
