Rooms are nice; cleaning staff is really efficient. But no onsite representatives make it frustrating. 8 day stay with no service to room. Communication with Numa was robotic and texting was a nightmare. I believe you can find much better options for the price point and better location.

Very rude security guard at night. Ask for our names and id, asked our friends to leave, and invited his own friends to talk in the lobby. What a joke
