"Great stay! Hotel was clean (even through renovations). Loved airport shuttle service, which was hard to find for downtown Birmingham properties. We arrived at 11, with a check in time at 4. They offered to hold our bags since we had to be at an event at 2. As we were about to leave, our room was ready. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Flatbread and sweet potato fries was $20 (very reasonably priced) and tasted great! Only complaint was road noise, cars revving engines as they drove by....

"Bathroom floor was dirty. There was a dirty towel rolled up as it looked clean. Maybe just badly stained. But it was not appropriate. Found hair in sink, on hand towl and in soap dish. "

"Our shower didn’t work when we got there but the staff were on it. They fixed it fast and we had no problems. The elevator is a slow and a bit scary. "

"The hotel and room were amazing!! However we got a “crib” for our one year old. They gave us a pack and play that definitely needed to be trashed! It was so wobbly and felt unsafe! Parking was a bit hectic we had to park across the street and pay 25 dollars. But the breakfast was awesome! Would definitely probably stay again but bring our own crib for baby. "
