"I loved my roomand the view. I was celebrating my birthday and front desk gave me a dinner credit. However, the water wss off in the entire hotel. No access to shower, or the ability to flush the toilet. This occurred on 11/5 my birthday. I was unable to shower or freshen up. The hotel didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience "

"The staff were all very nice. I accidently latched the security lock thinking it would.prop my door but it slammed closed and I couldn't get back in with my key. The door security latch kept me from opening my own door..lol. But, I do have a huge suggestion. The Toilet paper dispensers have a metal.plate on them and I had a really hard time getting the to without hurting my hand. It's also way tooow! It should at least be at shouldernto eye level so we can getbthe tp.easier. It was a pain in...

"Overall the stay was great! Breakfast was awesome and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. However, I think their water heater may be turned down too low as the shower in the room never gets hot and is often more on the cold side. "
