"Great location and very cute little garage apartment. This was our first time to Hot Springs and we loved it. The location of the house was perfect. The host was amazing about communicating even though they were out of town and was able to take care of issues easily. The only things I’d say to be prepared for are barely warm enough shower, low light in the bathroom, no couch or really comfy seating other than a beanbag type chair and a couple other chairs that aren’t meant for comfort, and the...

"The property is great for those looking for a weekend getaway. Has a small kitchen, fridge and mini fridge as well as air fryer. There’s a small foyer area with a desk. The sleeping area & bathroom are accurate to the posted property. Spent ample time outside, making a fire, playing cornhole & cooking. "Our family enjoyed this beautifully-decorated apartment so much! We gathered with seven adults and two babies. The parents of the babies were so pleased that they felt they could let their babies crawl and toddle on the floor because it all felt so clean. Wonderful kitchen for cooking light meals. We hope to return on day! "
