" they don’t give you key to the room and they charge you 200 pesos for each guest comes to visit you and stay even for five minutes. they do not provide you with a good room condition unless you start talk to them aggressively and they are kind of very rude people. I don’t recommend anybody coming from USA to book here."

"The close proximity to the Basilica was a plus, at nights it was noisy and there was no room cleaning service unless you asked. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, they only cleaned the room oubce and only because we asked."

"When in Mexico City, this is the best. Our first stay and it was absolutely perfect. The head staff: Julio, Daniel and Edmundo took care to be sure we got there from the Airport or bus station. While there, all 3 made sure our stay was to our total satisfaction. There are over 20 ULIV hotels; but, Roma Norte, the area where ULIV Cibeles is located, is the quietest and safest.Tell the boys, PETER SENT YOU"
