"Having elderly parents was a bit of a challenge during our stay. The beds were too low for them. The beds in our room were uncomfortable, they are sunken in. Otherwise, the rooms and facility is excellent in cleanliness!"

"My good friend and I spent the weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday! The wait staff at the restaurant recommended Ten Thousand Waves where we had a great spa day and dinner. The hotel is clean, quiet and convenient. We love the convenience of the hotel because it’s close to everything! We will be back!"

"The restaurant was short staffed. The managers (big guy and smaller blonde) weren’t really helping. Customers waited for drinks and some left. The thin, older woman was the only one getting drinks out and hustling. The younger woman with short, dark hair just talked to herself and ran around in circles. "

"My wife very much enjoyed her massage with Donna on Saturday. I have to say the staff was very hospitable. I am pretty sure that it was Devlin who checked us in. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. After a 7 hour drive which ended in some very wet and snowy conditions in the Santa Fe area, Devlin made the check in process very easy and was very helpful with his directions to our great room. Thanks to you all."
