"The was bed was squeaky, otherwise the room is great. Got an extra gift pack and kids size robes and towels specifically for kids which is surprising as some 5 stars hotel don't have this arrangement. The breakfast is one of the best we had, very high quality and fresh food. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Kyah Hotel. The room was spacious and the bar and restaurant were great. We also liked the location which was close to all of the things we wanted to do in the Blue Mountains. The hotel had a fun vibe."

"Older motel style property that has been renovated quite well. There are some wear and tear issues like paint patching and the air conditioner not working. Stayed in the pet friendly room with a back garden that was really GREAT! Continental breaky was very basic. Worth a note is that there is only one coffee machine that had to be constantly topped up and was so slow in the bean to cup process that there was alway a long wait to get a half decent coffee. "I loved my stay here. Super close to everything including transport. The lady at the check in desk was so lovely and extremely helpful. Beautifully furnished library and games room. And the room itself was so nice. Highly recommended. "
