Everyone was super nice, very spacious. We hot there a little earlier and was told the room was ready, went up & it was still being cleaned. We had to wait in the hallway with rhe luggage bc who wants to haul it back down. But they were apologetic. However we noticed the room wasn't cooling, yes it's winter but who wants to be in a room with 4 other people at 78 degrees. I reported it & was told they would check. We went to dinner and when we came back was told they had put a fan, and to check. first it was like a table fan which wouldn't of cooled anything but one person and no it was still 77 and stuffy. So we had to move rooms, same floor but still had to haul everything over. Aside from that location is right off highway and it's convenient.

What we loiked most was the staff. Roberta in the breakfast area is a real treasure. She keeps that area well stocked with food and supplies and checks with all the residents using that area to make sure they are satisfied. Sarah at the front check-in is also very friendly and responsive to all requests/issues, etc. Two issues regarding the facility. In the garage one of the doors leading to the elevator will not open with a keycard. This has been broken for at least the last two times we had stayed here before this most recent trip. Also, every bathtub in the hotel should have better non-slip surfaces installed. The strips in the tubs of all the rooms we have stayed in are worn and not very effective.

It is easy to get to, fairly new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Huge room, got the suite and it had a small kitchenette, 2 separate seating areas and 2 queen beds. Felt very open and relaxing.
