"Perfect location on Beach Drive for the Grand Prix. Spacious room, especially for an older hotel. Walking distance to all the great restaurants. Hotel staff was so pleasant and accommodating. We hope to be able to secure a room here again next year for the race. The only down side is that with the bar down stairs and rooftop bar upstairs, it can be a bit noisy at night, but nothing ear plugs can’t help with. "

"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."

"Property is a cute little boutique hotel very close to St. Pete pier and lots of restaurants and shopping. Each room is unique and there is also a nice pool in the back. We happened to be greeted by the owner who took excellent care of us."

"The hotel was very nice, check in easy and location great. Room was very nice. We did have an issue with the water pressure from the shower head (not high enough to even wash my hair). I reported the problem to the front desk and hopefully they will fix the problem. We only stayed 1 night, so I don't know if the problem was resolved."

"This is an older hotel with a largely gay clientele. The first floor nightclub is the most active in the city. The local area is youth oriented and offers brew pubs, fine dining, ethnic food and a Dog Bar. We are an older couple and were comfortable & safe. There is music everywhere and my wife liked the funky shopping. "
