"Es war sehr schön. Genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Alles sehr diskret, es ging einem keiner auf die Nerven. Von den Vermietern gab es Gastgeschenke, was sehr nett war. Wir durften Tomaten mit ernten. Den Kindern hat der Pool am Besten gefallen und sie waren jeden Tag bei den Hühnern und den Eseln."

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"Good - Proximity to Istralandia waterpark which is well worth a trip - Proximity to beach where the water was warm (albeit it's a shale rather than sand beach) - Small swimming pools which were good for our young children - The gentleman who cut fresh figs from the trees and kindly offered them to our little ones Not So Good - The mobile homes which were so small we felt somewhat claustraphobic - The A/C which was only in the lounge so only really chilled this area (inadequate in...

"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . "The hotel is convenient to Old Town Kotor and the marina. Our room overlooked the marina. It was large and airy. The front desk staff also recommended a very good restaurant for dinner. The staff parks your car should you request parking, for an additional charge. Kotor and the surrounding areas are worth visiting."

"I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. I wanted to stay in Piran but choose this hotel initially for two reasons: (a) it was walking distance along a promenade to Piran and offered free parking; and (b) it would be staying in a slice of history as the form of the hotel (though not the renovated interiors) harked back to the more brutalist days of the Yugoslav Republic. Then I got there - the staff were unfailingly lovely; the room was big (after several days of tiny rooms); each room has an expansive sea view; the breakfast was out of this world; and it was a beautiful promenade in front of the hotel along the sea. It was really a singular experience and one of the reasons that Piran was a highlight of the trip. My mother (70 yo) felt very poorly on the last night of the trip and was quite ill during the night. As we didn't have to leave to go to the airport until 4pm, I requested a late-check out. Not only did they give my mother the room until 4pm, but they didn't accept extra payment for the additional time in the room. Honestly I can't recommend this hotel more highly!"

Great central location in beautifully restored property

"The property is located in a small neighborhood below Beram just outside Pazin. Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and always immediately responded to our questions or assistance requests. We arrived mid-September just as the weather became unseasonably cold. As a result, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very chilly as they are not heated. The property description should state that only the common areas are heated & cooled. While the accommodations are very good we would suggest the following to make renters stay even more comfortable: written instructions for operating kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher operation is not self-evident); wifi is weak - install boosters; bedrooms need more clothes hangers in armoires (2 per room insufficient); add clothes hooks in bedrooms particularly in bedroom with only shelves in armour; add towel hooks in bathrooms (1 small hook in each is insufficient); wooden sticks/bars to hold shutters open to prevent banging and closing with the wind. We had numerous wasps in the kitchen - their entry point should be found and closed - the property manager stated that they probably entered when we opened the kitchen door and although we were careful and watched this was not our experience. We hope these suggestions are found to help make an excellent rental even better. "
