Great location but extremely noisy at night but we only heard the noise because we had to open the window because there was no A/C. Me and my partner did not get a minute of sleep during the stay.

Amazing property at an excellent location. We booked with half board and both breakfast and dinner options were great.
Big shout out to Marina, from the breakfast crew. She took great care of us, extremely kind and nice. 5 star service.
On the property conditions I did not give a 5 star because 1 out of the 2 guest elevators was down for our entire stay.

A great location off Gran Via and nearby metro station. Room was very comfortable and despite overlooking the square the glazing made it exceptionally quiet. Staff were superb especially in their support during the recent power outtage.
