Hübsch aber in einem heissen Sommer unbrauchbar
Tolle Aussicht, innen mit einfachen Mitteln hübsch ausgestattet. Baulich leider fehlkonzipiert: In Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer keine Aussenbeschattung, sodass die Sonne den ganzen Tag direkt an die französischen Fenster scheint und das Appartement aufheizt. Aufgrund der Ausrichtung des Gebäudes kommt kein Lüftchen in die Zimmer wenn man abends die Fenster öffnet - es ist dermassen heiss, dass Schlafen unmöglich ist. Die Air Conditioning im Wohnzimmer war nicht spürbar, im Schlafzimmer lediglich ein Ventilator der die heisse Luft bewegt. Wir würden das Appartement in der warmen Jahreszeit nie mehr buchen. Der Zugang zum Appartement erfolgt über eine sehr steile, ubefestigte Auffahrt mit vielen Löchern, was das Befahren und Umladen sehr mühsam macht. Die Kontaktperson konnte bei Ankunft ebenfalls nicht erreicht werden.
