"Wow! This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It is outside of Alacati but located right near the Alacati marina . There were lots of choices if restaurants nearby but the hotel offered delicious meals as well. Our room was spacious and lead out to a terrace with two lounge chairs to view the pool and beautiful grounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. With only 26 rooms the hotel was very quiet. The pool area for swimming and...

"Amazing stay, above expectations! Sema and Cigdem were super helpful, assisting with all our requests and questions. The breakfast was incredible, the patio was our go to spot day or night. Great location by Alacati cobblestones and also in the heart of the weekend market. The room was spacious, clean, and very cute. The pics did not do this place justice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only downside is that the Wifi wouldn't reach our room, so we had to use our phones in the hallway...

"Terrible, dirty, uncleaned room, bathroom disgusting with a hole in the ceiling!!!, bed with hair from previous customers, does not have a net on the window, cannot open it, A/C works ar 10%, when turned off it leaked for 4 hours on the bed, hotel accepts cafe customers right under the bedrooms which talk amd laugh until 3 am every night. Will never book from this hotel or HOTELS.com will advise others not to. This was a no refund reservation for a reason. Open and deliberate fraud! "
