Biz çok memnun kaldık

Orada kaldığımız süre zarfında otel çalışanlarından gördüğümüz misafirperverlik üst seviyede. Memnun edebilmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Kahvaltı güzel, havuzu tertemiz. Küçük ayrıntılar dışında gayet güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Ein super schönes Hotel mit dem Besten Personal !

Ich hatte mit zwei weiteren Freundinnen einen 9 tägigen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiter empfehlen ! Es ist zwar klein aber fein und man hatte wirklich alles, was man brauchte. Zudem war es sauber und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Personal, vor allem Harun und Metin waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt zentral und nur 10 min. Fußweg vom Alacati Merkez entfernt. Außerdem hatte das Hotel ein Shuttle, welches uns zum Privatstrand gefahren hat und auch wieder abgeholt hat. Der Beachclub war schön und sauber. Auch beim nächsten Urlaub würden wir wieder das Hotel buchen.

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü, ilgili ve hizmet güzel fakat odada bulunan lavabodaki sıkıntılar giderilmeye çalışılmasına rağmen tam sonuç alınamadığı için hoş değildi, temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilmeli, konum olarak merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olması iyi. Otel çalışanlarına ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz

Otel biraz eski. Eşyaların ve genel olarak tesisin bakıma ihtiyacı var. Ancak personel harika. Özellikle Harun Bey tüm ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgilendi. Odamızı değiştirmek istedik hemen yardımcı oldu. Bence bu tesisin en büyük artıları personeli ve konumu. Tekrar teşekkür ederiz, ilgilerine.

Çalışkan personeller!

Hali ve klima eskimiş durumdaydı,ama personelin sıcak ve ilgili tavrıyla sayesinde ve oda değişikliğiyle sorunumuz çözüldü ve çok rahat ve konforlu bir tatil geçirdik.Klimaların düzenli temizlik ve bakımı yapıldığı takdirde her Alaçatı seyahatimizde bu oteli tercih ederiz.

Friendly personals, but the rooms were terrible !

Especially the bathrooms was not suitable for this hotel. The room was very small, and they used old and bad materials in bathrooms. And we waited additional 30-45 Minutes for check-In, even we arrived in time for check in (after 14:00 pm).

Otele varış anımız çok erken olmasına rağmen bekletilmeden tercih ettiğimiz odaya alınarak ilk günden itibaren Güler yüzlü, rahatsız edilmediğimiz ve oldukça sıcakkanlı bir şekilde ağırlandık.Otelin yakınına ücretsiz servis ile götürülen plajı çok temizdi.Otel konumu çok güzel.Kahvaltı içeriği gayet zengin. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

odamızı saymazsak fena sayılmaz

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve hizmetleri mükemmel, kahvaltıda sunulanlar yeterli. Odamız biraz sıkıntılıydı, geniş çatı katı fakat 3 cam var perdesiz (erkenden gün ışığı odamızda) ve hiç sineklik yok. Bir gün camı açtık sivri sinekler doldu, sinek avlamaktan uyuyamadık. bir şeyler yıkasak kuruta bileceğimiz, alan yok.
