"It’s a very beautiful property with a great location. I would highlight that 2 of the rooms on the top floor and the room on the ground floor doesn’t have Air conditioning which in very hot days makes it difficult to sleep even though it has a fan on the ceiling. Also the facilities on the ground floor, the bathroom is exposed (no doors) - has no privacy which is very odd, if you are spending days with family or friends. "Booked ourselves a Superior Suite at close to 140€ for a 2 day Christmas getaway. While Ceuta by itself was well decorated, and the location of the hotel was dead centre - we were taken aback by the condescending attitude at the reception. Our room.was double the price of the standard room, and yet the Receptionist told us that the restaurant was fully booked - there would be no space for us on Christmas day. "

Great communication before arrival. And always on hand when needed. Well equipped throughout the kitchen area. Chilled drinking water a big bonus. Free shampoo & shower gel. Two tv's if you need them. Rooftop area great with sunbeds. But the greatest thing we appreciated at the time of arrival. Barbara came to meet us at the dock and allowed us to check in about 3 hours early. Much welcome after a long journey. Must mention Demian at the bar 1972 at the end of the jetty. Lovely guy who will provide you with quality food and drinks for most of the day. All done with a smile :-) "
