"Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you."

"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. The wedding ceremony area and reception was well prepared by the staff and everything looked fabulous. Over our 5 night stay, the food was very good and our experience overall...
