"The property was amazing with so many fun outdoor activities including, but not limited to, frisbee golf (we used a football), fishing (catch and release and pretty good-sized fish!), hot tub, frollicking and traversing the property. The hosts were more than responsive and the place was immaculately clean. Our kids (7-9yo) had a blast and didn't want to leave, neither did we!"

"Rental and suite were very nice. They did a great job renovating the mercantile. Only downside was the area was pretty rundown. It was right on the katy trail so if you bike, it would be awesome. Price was a lot cheaper than in Hermann too."

"We stayed for a small ladies weekend and had the best stay at Magnolia Inn. It’s just as beautiful as pictured. Plenty of space, had everything we needed and it was very clean! We loved utilizing the fire pit area at night too! Highly recommended!"

"We only had a half day and one night in the property. It was clean, well-appointed, and perfectly located in the middle of the action. The bed mattress was very soft, so if you need a firm bed it wouldn't work for you. Otherwise the check-in was simple and amenities were nice. "

"The room and public areas were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasteless and cold. Restaurant opened at 7am on Sunday as stated on door entrance...but large poster in hotel lobby states 6am. When fact was mentioned to staff they answered, "yes, it needs to be updated." We had paid for 2 breakfast meals expecting the 6am opening. As a result my husband had to miss his meal as he had to leave for an early meeting. Disappointing. "

"Inexpensive was what I was looking for and it was getting an average of 7.3 So what was great for me traveling without the more discerning wife. I checked in promptly and the check in gal was very courteous. I went up the one flight of stairs to My room and and when I opened, I was surprised to how neat, clean and free of any odor it was. I was patting myself on the back for a hotel room well worth the money. I did not see an elevator but did not ask if one was at the end of the hall either. When I attend this annual meeting again next year, this is where I’ll stay. "
