"The location of the home was perfect - walkable to the city core but far enough away for quiet and privacy. Sweeping views of the Mont Blanc massif out the front door. House/chalet was small but generally comfortable. I cannot overstate how tiny the upstairs feels, however. "We could not have asked for a more perfect location - literally across the street from the Midi lift and in the center of shops, restaurants, etc. The flat is cozy - would not recommend for more than 3 persons, but it is outfitted with everything needed for a very comfortable vacation. The views are absolutely stunning and we loved having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the small terrace looking straight at the mountain peaks."

"Great, centrally located, property . Ideal for families or a couple on holiday. Ceiling height in 2 of the rooms is restricted due to the roof line so not great for adults and they are a bit small too but they would be fine for children. The best supermarket in Cham is only 50m away and so are all the best restaurants and bars. Had a really nice stay. "

"Apartment was very comfortable with high quality fittings throughout. We enjoyed the balconies both at breakfast and late afternoon. Great location in Les Praz close to good restaurants. Loved Le Petit Social and Le Paradis de Praz. Used the train for walks all along the Chamonix valley. Walked from the apartment too, one day to Le Chappeau and another day to Montenvers. We will be back 😊"

"Beautiful place, beautifl location. It is directly under Skimium and directly across from 4 great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.The only recommendation - it would be nice if there were electric door locks instead of taking a key with you every time you left."

"Close to everything, easy walk to train station and train for ice caves in Montenvers. Parking is tight but fine. Apartment had everything we needed and grocery stores are nearby. Mont Blanc and Chamonix are beautiful. Don’t miss the Aiguille du Midi. Wear hiking boots and bring poles. We were on an extended trip and couldn’t fit these in our bags. Lots of good hikes but slopes are rocky and gravelly. Would recommend highly."

"Great accommodation with everything you need for a great ski vacation. An easy walk to the center of town. Rooms a good size except for the two beds in the basement which we didn’t use but would not be suitable for adults and would be concerned putting small children there. Upstairs space great for teens.
