"We came to the area for skiing and hiking. The property was perfectly located for skiing at Seven Springs and hiking the local trails. It was clean and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. It was a good size for our family of four."

"Our family had a wonderful weekend here of playing games, pool tournaments, and football. We loved the cabin vibe at this property. It is very spacious, incredible views, and close to the resort. The driveway is a little tricky if snow covered. We found that it was probably best not to attempt until it was salted even with 4WD, but the owner quickly had plow truck come and clear for us. My only complaint would be the mattresses/pillows could be upgraded in some of the rooms. "

"Stayed during a weekend during ski season. Great ski in/ski out access at Hidden Valley! Great space for a good amount of people. Really enjoyed the setup of exiting the house from the basement level for ski in/ski out; was a great spot to keep everyone's gear out of the main level of house. "

"We adored our time in this cute cabin close to Ohiopyle. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, and we LOVED the hot tub. It's private, and just out the back door - no need to spend too much time in the cold air between inside and the tub. They provided really clear instructions on what was available and what to bring - we were glad to have our extra roll of toilet paper, as they do not provide backup. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The home was well kept and clean. We utilized the spacious kitchen for cooking meals and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was the highlight! It was in good working order and hot when we arrived. The host even topped off the water for us during our stay upon our request! The cottage was conveniently located to Ohiopyle and the towns close by. We also loved that it was dog friendly and would definitely recommend!"

Fantastic Place!!

"We were a hiking club of 21 from Ohio who came for the weekend to explore Ohiopyle. The house was perfect for us. We had a big potluck Saturday night and the kitchen was well-equipped with all we needed. Also loved the dining room that was like a restaurant set up with 5 separate tables. Also loved the great room -- fit almost all of us in there for playing Blank Slate and Guesstures games. Plenty of room to spread out to library or downstairs family room if we didn't all want to be together. The rooms were surprisingly quiet while sleeping -- that's rare with all these people. Our only wish was if the weather would have been nicer so that we could have enjoyed the beautiful porch and backyard area. We will definitely stay again!"

"This is the third time that I stayed at this hotel. This time I brought my mother and had to make a change at check-in due to the need to have a roll in bathroom for my mother's room. The staff changed the reservation for us which took some time as I booked on a third party site - I am done with third party sites as this is the second time I had an issue - but the staff was committed to making the change for me and they did. Staff also game some great information on places to eat. It is so nice when they are able to provide local insights. The room itself was spotless and comfortable."
