Guests will have access to all areas of the condo. There is a locked Owner's Closet that will not be accessible to guests. Guests also have free access to outdoor community swimming pools. Based upon new 7 Springs Resort regulations, guests do not have access to indoor pool and hot tub at the main lodge.

Marvelous Mountain Retreat
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful mountain top property. Convenient to all of the fun at the Seven Springs resort as well as area recreational activities in Donegal and Ohiopyle. If you're looking for a cozy get away in the splendor of the Laurel Highlands, this is the place for you!

Great space for our needs.
This unit is perfect for us. We travel as a couple and one friend, so having the master bedroom works for us and our friend sleeps on the pull-out sofa in the sunroom. We also travel with dogs and are grateful to find places that can accommodate us with only 1-2 bedrooms. The photos accurately depict the unit, and the host is very responsive when planning and during your trip.

Accurate as advertised
Condo was exactly as phographed. Location was very convenient and we appreciated that we could take our dog. It had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and kitchen items that one would need for a comfortable stay. Could use a little updating. Someone was working in the condo above, appeared to be remodeling, so it was rather noisy, although that is probably a temporary situation.

Happy Visit
We spent several days at the condo and enjoyed every minute. It was a comfortable and relaxing getaway for us and our first time staying at a Seven Springs Resort property. The quiet surroundings and the beautiful scenery can't be beat. The property is pet-friendly which we loved because we take our precious pup everywhere with us. The condo was neat and clean with plenty of linens available for our use. There were extra pillows and blankets on hand too. Daily walks through the Swiss Mountain property were fun and as challenging as we cared to make them. There are some good hills to climb! The condo kitchen is well-equipped. We've stayed at other homes that had minimal kitchen amenities but this kitchen had everything we needed and more. There is even a spice rack! The complimentary coffees and teas added a homey touch. We used the toaster oven a lot. We would turn on the air conditioners for a short time and they cooled off the place quickly so we would turn them off. It stayed cool enough for us even though the temperatures outside were hot and humid. We didn't use the pool or tennis courts although they looked inviting. We visited the lodge at Seven Springs and it was difficult to decide on what treats to get at the bakery. Who knew a lavender shortbread cookie was so delicious? We hated for our visit to end. We definitely would like to come again, for a longer time period next time. The property is a great home away from home and there are so many fun activities to try in the area. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo!

The condo is very nice and a great location. The only issue we had was the noise. The noise from upstairs was loud and when we were sitting on the deck you could hear everything the people upstairs were talking about. I feel like we would have had more privacy at the hotel

Great Weekend
We stayed for our son's 13th birthday. It was a lovely time. The place had very comfortable furniture that was easily converted into spacious beds for the whole family. We were able to BBQ when we wanted, and we were close enough to stores and restaurants if we wanted to go that route. There was a nearby pool that kept the teenagers happy, and a nice, quiet, secluded community feel for taking family walks. There were also very neat, family friendly attractions nearby to partake in that the whole family enjoyed. We would not hesitate to stay here again! (It would have also made for a beautiful retreat away from the kiddos, if we are ever able to get away😆)

Great for summer stay
Visited 7S for a week in July. The property is very convenient to the resort, maybe a 5 minute drive. The condo was clean although some aspects were dated but that didn't bother me. There were plenty of kitchen implements as well as complimentary coffee (which I forgot to pack). Only glitch was that on arriving I didn't find the alarm code quickly enough and it went off - I think my ears rang for 15 minutes after I finally shut it off. But that's on me. Overall a solid affordable option for staying at 7S with a small group of people.

Perfect Condo!
We come to Seven Springs every summer for a board game tournament. This condo was perfect for our needs. It is a short drive to the main hotel & convention center. The unit was exactly as presented described and photos were accurate. The host sent great communication about the check-in process and key information we needed. Great weekend getaway
One of my family members got married at 7 springs and I booked this condo for the weekend getaway. This is my first booking through VRBO. The property manager was so helpful threw the whole process and even when I had questions while there. She answered me back within hours. Only like 5-6mins from resort and the shuttle will even pick you up. Super Cozy

Mentor Fishing Weekend
Usually we would stay at the cabins at Kooser State Park. All the cabins were rented so I searched online for a place to stay. I came across VRBO and the condos at Seven Springs. The price was great, the accommodations were great, the entire weekend in the mountains was great! We will defiinitely stay here again!

This is not what is listed..
When arriving to the property it was very clear that this is NOT a 2 bedroom. It is a 1 bedroom with a sunroom with a pullout sofa that when you close the wooden shutters- you will find them to be broken. The lock on the door in the sunroom did not work. The security system continued to have a beep sound every time anyone moved in the house. The property manager was able to tell me how to turn it off, which I had to do approx 25 times. The fan blades had 1/4" of dust as did all of the decor. The bathroom towels had stains on them. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling next to the sink and there is mold around the showerhead. The toilet has a crack on the seat so when you sit down it pinches your leg. This property needs updated and fixed. It needs to be listed as a 1 bedroom and should charge about half the cost. We have stayed at many places in Seven Springs and this is by far the WORST condo yet. I would discourage anyone from staying here.

Perfect
We only have positives to report about this property. The location is fantastic, being only about two minutes from Seven Springs and 15 minutes from Hidden Valley. The kitchen is well stocked and the accommodations are quite comfortable. For the price this is pretty unbeatable, and we would not hesitate to come back.
