"Overall this was a very nice property. Check in was very easy, manager was responsive. The house was clean and nice, but you could certainly tell it had been through some wear and tear, couch was very stained with rips. The kids loved the slide in the room! We only were there for 3 nights as we did a quick stay for Disney after being in the Keys. Only complaint is that I had asked about pool heat, we were told they would include it in our rental agreement and the pool was not heated. I did reach...
