"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette magnifique propriété parfaite pour un week end entre amis. De l’espace, des chambres independantes et bien agencées avec douches et toilettes, une piscine interieure tres agréable, un magnifique jardin et beaucoup de loisirs possibles sur place (velos, ping-pong, baby-foot, petanque, barbecue…). Un vrai resort a 2 pas de la magnifique ville de Beaune."

"This is a wonderful estate in a rural area about 15 minutes from town. The owners live in a house on the property and are very helpful. The best kitchen we had in France. We wanted to use the Pool but in never stopped raining. It was beautiful though. One word of caution is the steps to some of the bedrooms are narrow and a little steep so I would use smaller bags than one large one. All included items were accurate and Kid friendly, although we were all over 60. I would bring soap and shampoo....

"Excellent property with very helpful owners, who live 5 mins away. The only problem (internet access) was solved immediately. The early Monday morning market in Louhans is a must, with excellent and inexpensive local produce as well as traditional clearance lines. The setting is so much better than it looks on the website, with a relaxing country view towards the hidden chateau behind the trees, as well as nightly visits by deer in the field across the track. "After a long drive Serge and Dominique were there to meet us with a warm smile and a welcome gift which was much appreciated. The house,garden and pool were perfect for what we wanted in a lovely quiet setting. Serge was always on hand if we needed anything and were the perfect hosts. "

WONDERFUL IN EVERY WAY

"We think that The Enchanted Sittelle is the perfect place to stay. The facilities are complete and as fo the setting and location, among forests and lakes, it couldn't be bettered. Our hosts, Christine and Bénigne, made us feel completely at home. Their welcome was warm and friendly and Christine explained how everything worked in the site so that we never had a problem with anything in the house. She also pointed us to some of the beautiful towns and villages, which we enjoyed visiting, and even enabled us to understand the different classifications of Comté cheese! Being so close to the A39, makes it easy to travel quickly around the region too, another good advantage of the location. We left some things behind and Christine kindly offered to post them to us, another good example of the excellent host she is. We hope to enjoy another stay there next year. In a word, it's Fabulous"."

Humid family room

"Spiderwebs on the walls and insects on the floor. The towel for the shower is very small. There is a humidiy smell as you enter and it was very humid during the night. I understand that the price is competitive, however i am not sure the room should be offered to start with. The matresses of 2 of the "beds" were superthin. The pillows were uncomfortable. We asked for the menu of the restaurant, we were told they could provide one only if we booked the table."
