"We loved our stay at JW Mariott in Chandigarh. Definitely the 5 atar expwriwnce we were looking for. Rooms were spacious, moden and comfirtable.

facility was awesome with both dry sauna and steam room thar we enjoyed a lit. Kids loved the outdoor swimming pool though it was a little small. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great with a lot of options. Staff was super friendly and caring. Big shout out to the chef Amit Nayak who made sure we were taken care of and made special dishes for us....

"The property location is nice - feels the hotel is not well maintained with respect to the amenities. The hotel area is huge and can be smartly utilized- staff needs to hone their social skills, food is overpriced, variety and quality below average, no kids menu. The property should offer opulence and services for the price it is asking!"

"Condition of room was pathetic, had mold all over the wall and windows. The linen provided was damp i guess thats due to the mold. Planned to stay for 4 nights but had to leave earlier, the manager asked me to pay for all the nights (although that’s my fault should have seen their terms and conditions earlier) but his attitude didn’t help my cause. Food provided was ok but wasn’t great by any means whether taste or presentation. "
