Other than that, you will have the time of your life, the tour guides are amazing, and they treated my kids very well. I highly recommend to any family with small children! They make sure you’re taken care of and always having a good time. He’s very laid back and happy to chat away about what to do around the resort. Transportation from the airport to the resort can be arranged by contacting Sook. Just note that this service has additional fee due to the distance of the resort from the airport (~1h drive up the mountain). We booked the day trek with 3Pok and it was the highlight of our stay. Being able to feed, bathe, and get up close with their elephants on the property is a very memorable experience. 3Pok is building new villas and will definitely come back to check these out when the new villas are complete."
