We'll be back!

Check in was slow as there was not a dedicated receptionist. Problems with toilet cistern were reported on the 1st day but not repaired during our stay. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Our bed was comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was exemplary. On-site facilities - restaurant, pool bar, pool were very good. Although we were often the only ones around the pool as we stayed during the end of the season, we think it would benefit from being cleaned. The apartment is well situated for Tersanas and Stavros beach and within walking distance of several tavernas (Boy's Place, Bahar, Irene's, Ramblers) and a supermarket. Despite a regular bus service to Chania (40 minutes) we would recommend hiring a car (available in the village) to explore further afield. All in all we would recommend this accommodation and would return again.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt

Apartments liegen auf einer Anhöhe auf der Halbinsel Akrotiri mit wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Pool kann von allen, auch Restaurantgästen, genutzt werden. Es gibt keine lästigen Poolzeiten, sodass auch ein spätabendliches Poolvergnügen kein Problem war. Die Apartments liegen weit genug weg, sodass man davon nichts mehr hört. Hervorheben möchte ich auf die Besitzerin Maria die ausserordentlich hilfsbereit war und auch ein paar Tips gab. Einzig, dass die Zimmer nur alle 3-4 Tage gereinigt werden, war der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres l'accueil le restaurant, tout était parfait. Le seul regret est la salle de bain qui était un peu exiguë.

Beautiful and welcoming setting

Husband and self both had individual accidents on the island. All staff were so helpful and kind we could not fault their professionalism and friendship. We will definately be returning to thank all staff and to complete our holiday in such a delightful setting We will definately recommend Tersanas villas and apartments to all our family and friends

Friendly convenient & comfortable

Excellent base for a holiday. Comfortable rooms with good air conditioning, a lovely pool and bar & a very nice, very reasonably priced restaurant all in one. The family who run the place, who all speak excellent English, are incredibly helpful, friendly and obliging - you couldn't really wish for a better combination. And it's convenient for the airport and three good beaches. We've been there twice now & enjoyed it immensely both times.
