It was disgusting. I had chewed gum and stuck all over the carpet. I couldn't even step on the floor without shoes.. I had stains all over the bed. The faucet didn't have a knob so I couldn't turn on the water. I told front desk. But they just shrugged it off.

Great property. No shuttle to airport though which sucks considering how close they are.Add a lyft fee if your not driving. Restaurants are also about a 15 minute walk away. Great if you have a car, but not so good without one. Bus options are available though.

Johnny the reservations clerk was truly accommodating and very friendly. He made it a very comfortable atmosphere for my wife and I. I highly recommend this place because it has everything for comfort living.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this location. There was no availability at other hotels in the area or else we would have cancelled this stay upon seeing the room. There is an overall unpleasant smell in the hallways and rooms. In the room, the kitchen sink leaked unless positioned an exact way, most tables and vanities had chips and cracks. There was makeup and black mold stains around the sink. The windows were cloudy. The wall where the shower curtain rod was attached had many cracks and half repaired. Sheets smelled clean but multiple various stains were on the top covers. When asked, we were told we were only allowed one pillow-no more. Very disappointed in this stay. The location relative to Chantilly is convenient and parking is easy and free.
