"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. "We had a lovely time in the static caravan and were very pleased with everything in it. We had a slight problem about receiving an email from the owner and not managing to get in straightaway and there was no spare key with the site manager. However it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and in fact looked very new. We would definitely go there again."

"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"

"This property was exactly as expected and really good value. The location is lovely and really convenient for hiking, mountain biking and all the area has to offer. Ballater is very close (less than 10 min cycle). Interior is exactly as in the photos. Plenty of space for boots, coats etc. Comfortable beds with lovely linen. "

"Brilliant place to catch up with friends - wonderful social space with such a peaceful view into the forest and a great base to explore the area. A few dead flies around when we arrived and the cleaners things (including supplies of wine and cleaning products) were left out when we arrived, and the shelf with the glasses on is slanting so we took the glasses off to avoid disaster - but none of those things affected our enjoyment of the property which we would recommend (and may come back again!)...

"The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights.
