"Excellent breakfast and the staff go above an beyond in every way.
the beach is lovely, however the hotel does not have any facilities on the beach (loungers etc)
They also need more loungers around the main pool as there were only 8.
however the property is in a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff superb."

We already booked rooms before our trip and we were in contact with property owners continuously..
Still after reaching there they said rooms are not available "

"This stay was in between north and south goa. So it felt very quiet and safe. Although, a bit of travel to attractions. Loved the room, and quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited but delicious."
