"On the way we had to change properties due to a leak in this one! But the owner found us another one of his and met us there It was a lovely house Plenty of room lovely big kitchen downstairs shower was lovely upstairs bathroom had no lock well positioned for getting to the west end"

"Ralph was very nice, quickly responded, took my phone calls when I was trying to get directions to the building from the airport. Ralph came to our room to show us how to turn on heat if needed and reset water heater so we could get hot water for shower. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit but when one person was showering, the 2nd bathroom could not get any hot water to shower even in the face bowl.
