"Excellent stop over en route to the Haute Savoie. The house was very good, spacious with a large garden. Good location for a couple of nice short day trips. Sadly in late march none of the local restaurants were open"

When entering the apartment, the smell is strongest, but after a few minutes we would just get used to it. Initially we thought these were smells from cleaning / detergents, but we realised after a while that this was heating oil smells. We came back yesterday and all our equipment needs to be washed. The apartment is quite well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances such as coffee machine...

"The hosts, Flo and Caro, were most welcoming and helpful. The rental is an entire floor in their renovated farmhouse - separate from the family's living space. It was so comfortable, so well-equipped. The village is small and rural, but very close to the larger town of Salins-le-Bains. The scenery is spectacular. Many local hiking trails nearby. We stayed for almost four weeks. It was very healing. We would definitely book again."

Clean basic comfortable overnight stopover.

"Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. Very safe large car park.. Convenient for access from Motorway.. fast foid restaurants and supermarket bearby."
