This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The property was cute, clean, and a great place to stay. Property management was excellent to work with from booking to checkout and everywhere in between! Would stay here again without a doubt.
Up a flight of stairs, this place is modern, well equipped, and very well located. Walking distance to some good restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries, it is near the medical center and College of Charleston. We kept our car in the free space and used Lyfts to get around—very cheap.would stay here again

The Charleston house that my family and I stayed it was WONDERFUL! We loved the house and we would definitely go back. The house was cute and cozy, big enough to fit 6 people, and the beds were beyond comfy!!

I was here with 3 friends for a college reunion/getaway. Place was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Had a cute little sitting area for late night catching up.
Totally walkable to King Street if you don't mind walking 1.25 miles. We walked everywhere shopping, dinner, breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place.
Cute place and decent location, especially if okay walking approx 1-2 miles (or Uber was easy). Couch & loft weren’t really sleeping options, as pretty significant ladder & no fold-out couch…it would be fine for younger folks/teenagers, not 40+ yr old women:). Hostess was very responsive.
My group and I were so glad we were able to rent this place because it was perfect for all our needs during our trip to Charleston for the first time. The check in and check out process were clear and smooth. The property manager was extremely accommodating to our flight times and even provided us a place to store our luggage since we arrived early. They were also timely in responding to our message. The location was great. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. Thank you to the hosts for being so welcoming and making our first trip to Charleston that much more amazing!
Great location and interior design. Details of house need to be repaired and redesigned.
Loved the location and entryway and interior design. Better detailing would have had better plumbing as master bathroom sink did not drain, bed positioned so one person had to crawl over other to get out, door to master always got caught on another door. Both bathrooms on same breaker and very little storage. A little detailing would go a long way.
The communication with the property manager was great from the moment we reserved until we checked out. They were very responsive and accommodating. The location is quiet (except for helicopters at the hospital nearby) and within a mile walk there are lots of restaurants and shops. Parking across the street was easy. The rental itself was clean and updated. The living room was pretty small for a group of 5 (and 3 of us were kids) and the kitchen is also small and pretty limited but we mostly ate out anyways. Overall it was very nice and worked out well for our stay.
Nice and very clean property which faces an attractive and well-kept brick courtyard. We stayed here as a family of 6. Very prompt and friendly communication. Expect street noise and hearing other very close neighbors as well as being able to see into the surrounding houses. That’s Charleston. However, there were a few issues with the heat and air not working. And I would love to see an ice tray in the freezer. Overall, a nicely thought out rental that was easy to access and walkable to Canna Street restaurants. It took us 35 minutes to walk to King Street which was doable but not necessarily scenic. Central location if you have a car and can drive downtown or to Sullivan’s/Shem Creek. Really appreciated the ability to park 2 cars. Thanks for a good weekend spot!
Very clean, easy to find, and great location for what we needed. Such a good and comfortable option for the whole family having to be in town for medical purposes.
6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautifully updated and spacious. Please let your next renters know that the MUSC President's Street parking garage has free parking over the weekend. We also suggest that you have more coffee mugs and wine glasses in the home- there were only 5 and we had 6 people in our group.
We had a wonderful time here as we moved our daughter into CofC for her freshman year. The property is beautiful, very clean, roomy, and so comfortable! It is in a great location to access so many great spots in and around Charleston. The included parking spot was able to accommodate the very large SUV we had for move-in! Communication was great before and throughout our stay. We’d love to stay here again!
