The Space:
The Jasmine Suite (located on the 3rd (top) floor of the rear building) features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This spacious 3-story house is divided into 6 separate condos. The building is perfect for larger groups of friends or families that want to vacation together but still have their own suite to relax in at the end of a fun day exploring the city.

The open floor plan accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. It has a breakfast bar with 2 seats and a living room with high ceilings. This unit is smartly finished and furnished with quality stainless steel appliances and flat-screen TVs. Comfy, minimalist design and thoughtful details like upholstered headboards and subway-tiled showers add modern personality. Every room has hardwood floors, central A/C, and free WiFi. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with essential cookware and cutlery and all linens are provided in each apartment.

Please note this condo sleeps up to 6 guests: 2 in the primary suite (king bed) and 2 in each of the 2 secondary bedrooms (queen beds).

This listing includes ONE PARKING SPACE. Parking is labeled in our parking lot behind the building. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.

Upon arrival, guests enter through the rear entrance of the house near the parking lot. This condo is located up the stairs to the top level of the 3rd floor.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the Charleston peninsula.

The Wonderer includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05394 and business license BL012815.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to this suite and will have all of the essentials you need during your stay.

Please don't inquire about additional parking as we don't have access to any. The closest garage is at the corner of King and Spring Street at the Hyatt Place about 6 blocks away. If you have more than one car, please plan for that. If you have questions about whether or not your car will fit, please ask. Additional overnight parking available at the Hyatt Place on King Street for $18/night.


Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely free of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is free on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.

Parking: Our parking lot is very tight. We do not have parking for any oversized vehicles.

No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

So Nice
This apartment is so cozy and clean I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Charleston. The neighborhood is pretty and we 3 women all over 65 felt very safe walking at night. The price was great and we all had a bedroom with nice mattresses. We stayed on the 3rd floor which if you have bad knees the stairs are steep. We enjoyed our stay ;) 2 thumbs UP !!

Lovely apartment, enjoyed our stay immensely. One bedroom is really small but we laughed about it. Parking very hard for unit B3, thankfully we had good backup skills and no neighbors for a few days. Fabulous location and easy to walk or Uber to downtown. So very clean and very well kept rental. Suggestions to put extra garbage bags in cans, recycling would be nice too. Had a blast and loved our visit to Charleston!!

3 old friends wanted to travel to a city we’d never been to. We picked Charleston, and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The Morrison Manor was very comfortable and accommodating with a great location. The only issue that came up was parking. The only vehicle that could fit into B3 would be a mini cooper or motorcycle. With that being said the Morrison Manor was a great place.

Back bathroom shower floor was tilted away from the drain so we we standing in water, hall bath toilet needs a new flapper and the parking space for B3 is a joke. If someone is parked in B2 it is impossible to ingress and egress that space. It was very convenient to the places we wanted to visit.

After you get over the 3 flights of stairs to get to your unit, you’ll find a well appointed three bedroom suite close to all the wonderful offerings of Charleston. Oh, and watch out for that super narrow parking spot for unit B3!

This apartment was perfect for myself, mom, and mother-in-law. It was very clean with modern furnishings and appliances. It was very comfortable to come back to after a long day of walking around the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable with cozy sheets and great pillows. The parking situation for apartment B3 was a bit nerve wracking. There is no way I could have pulled in and out if there was a car parked next to us from the neighboring apartment. Despite the parking situation, I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here!

Overall it was a good. The stairs are fairly steep and need to be considered if desiring to rent it. Also the parking for this unit is very difficult to get into and out of. But we did like to be able to look out and see the fireworks over the other buildings. It does need instructions for worling the dishwasher and stove vent as if you don't have those models you will have a problem with them. When we needed something we got good service from the company for the most part.

Perfect Weekend
Six of us stayed here to celebrate our friends 40th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The place was well maintained, and we loved the overall vibe. It was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, and we all felt like we had plenty of space- something very important to us as adults with our own homes. The beds were very comfortable, and we all remarked at how well we slept each night. We didn't think we would actually be spending that much time in the suite, but we were so comfortable, we spend a good amount of time sitting around the kitchen and living room just talking and laughing. When we went out, there were easy walks or short inexpensive Ubers everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

Great 2 Weeks in Charleston
My wife and I had a great experience staying at the Jasmine suite. The property is in a safe and convenient location. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the washer/dryer are large and easy to use. The host provided all the cleaning products and even coffee so you can just show up and enjoy! Our favorite part of our vacation was a daily walk down Ashley Street to Colonial Lake. You will be staying in a city so there is some noise at night like sirens, trucks etc. As others have said the parking spot is tricky but with practice we were able to manage.

Nice 3 bedroom property, short ride into town, nearby restaurants as well. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. Only complaints-if you plan to spend much time in the place, sitting is limited (just a couch and 3 backless stools) . Could use an armchair or two or a sectional. Also, to say parking is tight is an understatement. If you’re in B3 (as we were) there is no way to get your car in and out of someone is parked in B2. We used Lyft more than we might have.

Prioritize markings for each parking spot with boarder lines. Move trash cans and tree obstructions. Add sign warning not to park outside the boarder lines or the car will be towed at the owners expense. Update exterior photos.
