"Tiny rooms - there wasn’t even enough room to open a carry on suitcase on the floor and the wardrobe door couldn’t open without moving the chair out of position. Bed was comfortable but so small for two people. Bathroom so small the toilet roll holder was under the sink and the door had to be closed to use the toilet. The staff and housekeeping share two lifts with guests throughout the day to service 20 floors and it took on average 5 minutes just to get in the lift. Service was good but it all...

"I was greeted warmly by the front desk personnel and immediately assigned to the hotel room. I was very pleased with the set-up and cleanliness of the entire facilily that I had access to. I would strongly recommend that my future stays in the Gatsby hotel room be on the 6th floor, preferably with an inside room away from the street traffic noises. "

"We lived everything about this property. The service was top notch from bell service to checking to check out. Our doormen hustled cabs in the rain and were extremely attentive. Beautiful large, luxurious room with every ammenity and a fantastic view. The location can’t be beat with great shopping and dining in walking distance. This might be my favorite stay ever in NYC! "

"It meant so much to us that the staff were able to accommodate an early check in, especially since we had just landed in the morning after a red eye flight. It allowed us to recharge and enjoy our time in the city. The staff were super friendly and thoughtful, even offering the little touches that make all the difference like a bottle of water. The room is clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a good area close to Battery Park and WTC. Very pleased with our experience!"
