"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Didn't stay here much, a friend used it a few nights though, and I visited. Totally my mistake, last minute looking after a puppy meant I couldn't use. Such a real shame, because I'd have had an amazing holiday here otherwise."

"Amazing place to stay for a family of 4. The price was exceptionally fair and we were very happy to have what we got. Clean easy and spacious location in travel distance to everything we needed in Cornwall. "

"We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"The site was very clean and well presented. The caravans were exceptionally clean and the extra little touches like towels, tea, coffee and sugar plus milk were a great touch. The food in the restaurant was hot, fresh and reasonably priced which was a bonus."

"Great stay thank you so much. The women who checked us in was brilliant, friendly, approachable and happy to help with anything. I didn’t catch her name but she was on the desk around 17:30 on the 20th March. The pool could do with a bit of maintenance but overall a great stay with a short walk to the beach and surrounding areas in Newquay. "

"The hotel was very chilled and welcoming from the moment you walked in. The bar and Restaurant have lovely views out over the beach which adds to that relaxation. Spa was great; but the only small issue was there wasn’t anywhere to sit down by the pool, hot tub etc, if you just wanted a 10min break from it all, as per other spa’s we have been too; otherwise very enjoyable; would highly recommend; we will definitely be returning. "
