We couldn’t check in to our room at the check in time and had to wait for them to get the room ready for 1h 30mins after check in time.
Also, the housekeeper took all of our towels and didn’t give us new ones. Neither did they refill coffee capsules for two days.
Great ocean view tho, but noisy with the traffic. Security staff was great.

Mark and Jess were both so nice to us and went way above and beyond! We had an early excursion and they found us a taxi that was willing to wake up early for us…but also promised to drive us if they taxi slept in! Breakfast was great every day and the view is amazing! Great location to downtown where you can walk to in 5 min or so. They also just bought Hotel 1829 which is close by and that looked very nice as well! We plan to go back.
