I looked for a pet friendly motel when I was traveling. I called 2 days before my arrivel to ask if pets were allowed. The women who answered the phone had heavey accent and I am bit hard of hearing so she had to repeat her answer a couple of time before I understood. She stated "theyre allowed" and hung up. When I checked in, there was a $120.00 fee added to my room through Expedia for pet cleaning. I was shocked and said I didnt see that when I perused the motel rooms and amenities. I also told them I've never payed more then $50.00 ahead of a stay with a pet at any Best Westerns I stayed at. They agreed to a $50.00 pet fee. When I got to the room I'd driven over 8 hrs, it was 6 pm or so and I had stopped and had gotten a food to eat. I ate then realized the rooms carpeting was filthy. I wouldnt take my shoes off to walk on it. There were no bugs and was I leaving in the morning so I stayed. When I was bringing my stuff up to the room I saw fruit loops on the floor in front of the elevator. The fruit loopes were not cleaned up until around 7am even though there were 2 different front desk clerks in full view of the elevator and breakfst room where the food was served. I decided if they were that lazy I was not eating there. Needless to say I wont be staying there on my return trip home. Never stayed at a Best Western this dirty.

The guy at the front desk (sadly I did not get his name) was super friendly, professional, helpful, kind and courteous. Made me feel like family and I felt quite at home. Lovely stay at this hotel.

Lit totalement défoncés j'ai réservé une chambre deux lit queen pour me fait dire a l'arrivée quil ne restait plus que des chambre lit king avec sofa lit, meme pas de couverture et tete oreiller pour le saufa lit, le préposés a l'accueille pour le check inn a parler tout au long de la procedure sur son t telephone cellulaire personnel. Pour le check out meme chose le préposé etait sur son telephone cellulaire personnel tout le long de la procedure meme que pendant la demi heure que nous avons dejeuner il a été en conversation sur sont telephone personnel tout le long quand nous avons quitter il etait encore sur son telephone en grande conversation telephonique, je crois qu'il serait de mise de remplacer vos préposé par des bornes electronique self service.quand ma conjoint est aller dire au préposés qu'il n'avait pas de couverture dans la chambres il a remis converture et oreillers sans meme offert d'envoyer quelqu'un pour les monter a la chambre. Je ne conçoit pas que quelqu'un qui est au service a.la clientèle agissent de cette facon, la ou je travail il est interdit pendant les heures de travail que nous soyons sur notre cellulaire, pandant les poses ou sur l'heure du dinner on peut utilisé notre cellulaire mais pas plus et je ne suis meme pas dans un emploie au service a la clientèle.
