You'll enjoy your stay in our newly renovated 3 bedroom house set back on a quiet street in Enderly Park. Great location! Less than 2 miles from Uptown Charlotte, Bank of America Stadium and the popular South End neighborhood. 3 miles to the entertaining Camp North End. 5 miles to the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. Pet friendly home with a fully fenced in back yard! Long driveway with room for 4 vehicles, plus street parking.

This three bedroom, one bathroom home just underwent a full renovation both inside and out. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you'll have everything you need with Spectrum high speed internet/WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee machine along with a washer & dryer. The open living room is filled with ample seating along with a brand new 55" smart TV with Spectrum cable. The sofa also pulls out into a full size memory foam mattress. The kitchen is stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, air fryer, and a large dinning table for gathering around.

Bedroom #1: King bed with memory foam mattress topper, 55" smart TV with Spectrum cable.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with memory foam mattress topper.
Bedroom #3: Flex space - Twin bed with memory foam mattress topper and electric adjustable standing desk to work at during the day.

󰐂 Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged depending on the cost to fix the damage. Added cleaning fee will be applied if guests smoke inside the home.

󱤘 Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras on the outside only for noise monitoring. They are there for the safety of both guests and hosts. If the cameras are tampered with, the guest will be removed from the property immediately.

The stay was Good
The listing wasn’t what it was as far as bedrooms one bedroom had a twin bed but was listed as a double . The other rooms Was as listed ..The house was smaller than it looks on the photos but overall it’s a nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic!

This place was perfect for our stay in Charlotte. Check in/check out was easy and Anthony was the best host! Super easy to communicate with! We left something at the property and he arranged to have it mailed back. We will definitely be back if we stay in Charlotte again!

The property was great and the owner was super quick to respond. I thought it was a bit closer to the city center. My mistake. Not a real problem since I had a car. Pretty easy to get there. I'd definitely rent it again.

We booked this property based on the pictures and description and it was spot on. Well appointed and decorated. The attention to detail and plenty of items provided for our stay made it much easier to enjoy our time to explore the area. The proximity to downtown and the neighborhoods we wanted to check out really helped us get everywhere quickly. The yard was great for our fury baby too. The driveway was a little tricky since it was on a hill but we made it work. The host was extremely responsive in checking in with us and even took the cans out on garbage day! Who does that anymore? Thanks for a great stay.

Quaint and nice location
This place was really nice and cozy. It does look bigger in the pics but I guess that all in staging. The owner was very quick to answer when I called.. I love that. The place was clean and stocked well enough I guess. I loved that there was a keurig. Now for the cons: I’m very concerned about the door by the kitchen. Everyone in my party tried to open it but we were unsuccessful. I think it’s a fire hazard but just my opinion. There should be a mop as well. More pots would be nice also. Not sure if previous guests didn’t cook as much but we did and it would have been nice to have more cookware. The front door needs to be sealed. Cold air coming through. The bed in assume master bed is too high. The stool used to get in bed not stable. Other than that everything was quite lovely. I would consider staying here again if door gets fixed.
