With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this home is ideal for a family getaway, long-term stays, or a temporary retreat on your way to the Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s also a great choice for anyone relocating to the Charlotte area while they search for their permanent home. Conveniently located just minutes from grocery stores and local amenities, this property is also close to horse farms and within 30 minutes of Charlotte, Carowinds, Lake Wylie, Crowders Mountain, and the Catawba 2 Kings Casino. My wife and I were visiting family and attended a wedding over the weekend. Our family lives never York SC and the wedding was at Separk Mansion in Gastonia NC. The house was conveniently located between the two locations. The house was impeccably clean and Mark our host was so helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay again.

Simply immaculate! The property was so peaceful, loved drinking coffee on the screened in porch! So beautifully decorated! The host had everything, from snacks to breakfast stuff even a bottle of chilled wine in the refrigerator! Spices to cook with, and coffee and tea of different kinds! He even had coffee beans and a grinder if someone like me wanted to do that!! We plan on returning!!

Older home in a peaceful neighborhood not too far from town. Only issue we had was all bedrooms are located on the second floor so older adults had to climb the stairs which were a little steep. Otherwise no complaints. Host responded timely to all communications.
