I downloaded the Hilton Hotel app and was able to check in and out with my phone as well as have a key on my phone. The staff texted me and let me know they were available if we needed anything. I have 4 kids and we stayed in the double queen with a pull out sofa bed and it was the perfect size for our stay. The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, it’s a 15 min drive to the heart of Charlotte, and the overall stay was perfect! Definitely saving this hotel for the next time we come back to Charlotte!

Letting me check in early was amazing. I really needed a room to relax in and I had no where else to go, my flight landed early and the fact that I had my room ready and clean was above and beyond to me. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was there. If I return to Charlotte I will always stay there.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel was quiet even though it was full. Outlets on bathroom vanity did not work, so had to plug in hair dryer outside of bathroom. Breakfast was great. Had a very nice stay, would stay there again. Area surrounding is safe and beautiful. Restaurants close by.
